Privacy Policy

Freedom OS is software for real estate and yacht brokerages, made by a Florida company. This policy explains what we collect when you request a demo or contact us, and how we handle the information of brokerages that use Freedom OS and their clients.

When you request a demo or contact us

We collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, brokerage name, team size, what you sell, your role, the software you use today, whether you spend on marketing, and anything you write to us. If you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta passes those answers to us under its own terms.

We use this only to answer your request: to reply by email, to text you if you agreed to texts, to schedule and run your demo, and to understand which features matter to you. We may look up public information about your brokerage, such as its website, to prepare for the conversation.

Text messages and email

We text you only if you agreed to it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We send texts between 8 AM and 8 PM in your time zone unless you are replying to us.

Brokerages that use Freedom OS

When a brokerage uses Freedom OS, the brokerage owns its data, including its leads' and clients' information. We process it on the brokerage's behalf, only to provide the service, under our customer agreement and data processing terms. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train AI models offered to anyone else, and we do not contact a brokerage's leads for our own purposes. Each brokerage's data is kept separate from every other's.

If you are a client of a brokerage that uses Freedom OS, that brokerage decides how your information is used; please contact them directly with requests.

Who we share information with

We use service providers to run Freedom OS, such as hosting and database providers, AI model providers, and text, email and calling carriers. They may use the information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request information while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable time after, and delete it on request. Brokerage data is kept for the length of the customer's subscription and deleted after it ends, as our customer agreement describes.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, separate data for each brokerage, two-step login for administrators and a record of changes to key records. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected customers promptly if a breach affects their data.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop texts and emails at any time. Freedom OS is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
